The identity of The Stellum Rye Whiskey is rooted in a tried and true 95% Rye Indiana mash bill. To enhance this classic style, they incorporate small amounts more barley-forward rye and choice barrels from both Kentucky and Tennessee. This brings a full, round mouthfeel and flashes of buttery sweetness to an otherwise spicy and tightly focused Rye Whiskey.

Single barrel whiskeys are an expression of distinction and power. Every cask is different. Many make good ingredients, but only some possess the particular character and balance to make a worthy single barrel bottling. Every Stellum Single barrel is selected for the program on its own merits. They are, however, bottled and released in groups.
