Penelope is a new brand, started only 5 -6 years ago.  Yet MGP paid over USD$100m for it, why??? is that good??  considering MGP t distill so much whiskey already, why this brand.  Sean reveals why in this tasting.  It is that good!! And at its price point of c$120...it suddenly tastes even better. Don't forget the bloopers at the end... although this time Sean gets it mostly right, first time.

Green River was one of the oldest distillers in the US.  It was brough back to life in 2016.  Sean samples their famous bourbon,   Green River Kentucky Straight Bourbon.

This upstart Distiller has carved a strong brand in the US whiskey market in a very short time.  This on the back of their award winning ryes which have been heralded.
