METHOD

Add the sugar to the bottom of a rocks glass and cover in 3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Add water, stir until sugar is nearly dissolved.

Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add the bourbon, gently stir to combine.

Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.
METHOD

Add the sugar to the bottom of a rocks glass and cover in 3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Add the orange slice and cherry, and a splash of soda water, and muddle thoroughly
-
Remove the fruit remnants
-
Add the bourbon, and finish off with the hot water
-
Garnish with a fresh maraschino cherry and orange slice
